Our Client:

A newly opened independently owned Hotel providing a well-developed menu serving various fresh and vibrant foods including all day breakfasts, delicious pastries and fresh Muesli. The walls are decorated with beautiful old recycled bottles and numerous other dated items. Afternoon tea is served to an expert level as well as everything else that is on their constantly evolving menu. Using locally sourced produce our client always aims to impress.

The ideal candidate:

We are searching for a highly driven Head Chef that is passionate about high quality freshly produced food to join and help develop their kitchen team. You will need to be professional, hardworking, a team player and obsessed with food.

• Good knowledge of seasonal produce and cooking techniques
• Maintaining the high standards at all-times along with health and safety
• The legal right to work full time in the UK (essential)
• Excellent hygiene standards
• Experience as a Head Chef
• Passion for good food, detail and presentation
• Calm and well mannered
• An eye for delivering consistent and superb breakfasts
• Confidence in providing a quality afternoon tea experience to customers
• Competent in the delivery of private dining events and parties catering for between 10 and 50 customers
