My client, one of the UK's most trusted insurance companies, are currently looking to recruit a Case Manager for their offices in Cheltenham. Providing insurance cover for Health, Life and Mortgage, your role will be to process a customer application from initial interview through to issuing the policy itself.

Case Manager general duties:

• Conduct phone interviews with clients
  
• Accurately submit the information gathered
  
• Run through post-sale compliance disclosures over the telephone
  
• Prepare and send post-sale documentation to the customer
  
• Provide regular updates to the customer throughout the process
  
  

This role requires the following:

• First class customer service
  
• Professional communicator
  
• Ability to gather accurate information
  
• Excellent administration, organisation and prioritisation
  

Ideally, you will have an Insurance/sales background and have the ability to pick things up quickly.
