Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor for their client based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with Clients & Customers based in the German speaking region providing excellent customer service via phone & email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the entry of participants to their events
• Maintain consistent high levels of quality
• Applying customer issue resolution where necessary
• Ensuring the smooth and seamless running of all events and bookings is a priority
• Identify and feedback to your line manager for any issues or areas where service can be improved
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Person Specification:

• Fluent in German
• Strong customer focus and professional approach
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good computer skills
• Positive "can do" attitude

This is for a full time position offering a competitive salary of GBP18,800 plus attractive company benefits!
