Team Manager - Contact Centre - Retail Provisioning
Our hard working retail provisioning team deal with the end to end management of all our installations, de-installations, changes to lottery terminals up and down the country. They are looking for a Team Manager to look after a small but perfectly formed team who are unsung heroes in ensuring all are terminals are working and maximising opportunities for our players to play.

How you'll make a difference

Secondly you will be coaching and developing your team to reach exceptional standards to meet SLA's and performance measures.
What you'll bring to the table
?? Experience working in a team management role within a contact centre / call centre environment.
?? We're a regulated business, so experience in working in an organisation where controls, process and procedures are critical would be a huge bonus.
?? You can show us that you have continually improved your team; in their processes, working practices and approach.
?? We mentioned this earlier, but you'll have awesome skills in getting the best from people and raising the bar in terms of standards.
?? If you've had experience with SAP to manage events, transactions and detail reporting we would be impressed!
