Trainee SM - Sundridge

I am seeking a Trainee Site Manager on behalf of a bespoke, premier builder on the outskirts of Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of the country's most renowned builders specialising in luxury developments, conservation and heritage projects. Although not essential, this role would suit applications who have recently graduated with a degree in Construction Management.

Requirements for the role will include:

?? Practical experience of a live construction site

?? Ambitious, hands on and willing to learn

?? SMSTS Card

?? Trade background ideal

?? A commitment to offer customers a best value service.

?? Good IT and communication skills.

?? The ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure.
