This role involves dealing with customers regarding their individual financial circumstances in relation to their mortgage commitments.
To be successful in this role you will be required to actively listen to ensure you've fully understood the customer's financial situation, to engage with the customer, fact find and provide solutions and advice.
Require by you:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of own workload
- Good decision making skills and effective decision making skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the mortgage regulations

Work patterns will be based on 35 hours per week
Operational hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm, Thursday 12 noon - 8.00pm
Salary is GBP25,000 per annum.
