FAIR's Engineer - Derby
GBP25ph to GBP27ph Ltd company/Umbrella
3 - 6 months' minimum contract (Chance of extension)

FAIR's/Quality/Aerospace/Root cause analyses
This business is a specialist in manufacturing high precision components in the aerospace industry. They work with an array of high calibre clients. As well as working with globally recognised companies this client has been steadily increasing in turnover and profit every year. They are now looking to hire a FAIR's Engineer for immediate start.
The FAIR's engineer will be responsible for the following:
- You will be required using a Visual fair to create and compile the FAIR's.
- Compiling the FAIR will include gathering the right information for each part including material certificates, CMM reports, Bill of Materials and SOPs.
- You will be required to check all FAIRS and lease with the client before getting the final sign off.
- The other part of the role will be inspection based activities including solving problems with the FAIR's with basic route cause analysis.
- Carrying out dimensional inspection, interrogating data and drawings to make sure they are correct and flagging up any major issues.
The candidate must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:
- FAIRs experience in the aerospace industry.
- Root cause analysis, problem solving and dimensional inspection experience.
- AS9100 experience.
