An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Commercial Customer Service Executives to join our Service function.
As a Commercial Customer Service Executive you will support our business clients in identifying their individual needs and supply them with the information, products and tools they require to make informed decisions. These queries can filter into the team via email, telephone or online so adaptability and excellent customer service is integral to the position.

Handling large amounts of client queries via telephone, email or onlineUsing questioning skills to accurately identify the customers queryConsistently delivering outcomes to a high standard within agreed timescales, procedures and quality standardsIdentifying the best solution for the customerAdhering to legislation and regulations at all times (Financial Conduct Authority, Data Protection Act, etc.)
