A global, yet fast-growing Wealth Platform vendor is seeking an experienced financial services consultant to join its Solution Consulting team in London. If you have a desire to consult, change, and influence leading financial services institutions this is an excellent opportunity for you. It will give you the opportunity to provide leadership and expertise across a multiplicity of consulting disciplines.

The Role:
The Senior Consultant will play a key role in the team, and will provide leadership and expertise in the following areas:
*Platform Proposition
*Target Operating Model's
*Business transformation
*Regulatory advice
*Customer training
*Platform configuration
*Development of customer requirements
*Platform integration

Responsibilities:
*Building capability and providing support for more junior members of the team.
*Work with customers to help define proposition and product requirements.
*Have a full understanding of a Platform Target Operating Model, providing advice to customers regarding best practice operating model design.
*Document any bespoke customer requirements and design suitable solutions to meet these requirements.
*Provide guidance and expertise in German taxation rules and regulations.
*Have strong organisational and leadership skills; with the ability to lead a project from inception to delivery.
*Provide training programmes and knowledge services.
*Have a good knowledge of the regulatory environment and provide advice and guidance to customers in respect of delivering a compliant platform.

Requirements - Industry experience:
*Leadership experience in a consulting, analysis or architecture environment.
*Strong investment, products and market knowledge.
*An understanding of the German and wider European regulatory environment.
*Significant experience in a delivery/consulting environment in European financial services/wealth markets.

Requirements - Knowledge and skills:
*FLUENT IN GERMAN & ENGLISH.
*Degree qualified (1st) or above or equivalent.
*Experience in Finance, IT or project management desirable.
*Superior analytical thinking.
*Commercially aware.
*Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients.
*Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
