Key responsibilities:

The core real estate team in Cardiff has dedicated teams across the energy, transport, corporate occupiers, real estate finance, investment and funds, commercial and residential leasing, social housing and education sectors. We are looking for Associates from newly qualified to 5 years' PQE with particular interest or experience in those sectors. You would assist on instructions and projects for a variety of clients including many household names.

Skills and experience:
Ideally you will have experience in core real estate work including (but not limited to): acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and development transactions
• Experience of drafting contracts including leases and agreements
• Strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to build and develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients

We are looking for team players, client focused with strong communication and influencing skills. Although our people work in sector based teams, we are looking for flexibility and the appetite to take on new and different types of work to support the wider department.

The ability to juggle a demanding workload whilst delivering first class quality work and client service is essential.
