Requirements:
Experience
Working in both a wet and food led business
Managing a team of people
Sales led environment
Working to targets /KPI's
Skills
Coaching & Development
Leadership
P&L Management with a high focus on labour controls
Robust business planning
Effective time management
People Management (conflict management / interpersonal skills)
Effective communicator
