You will manage a case-load of claims accounts being the sole point of contact for each customer throughout the cycle of their household claim managing the process through to settlement.
The claims service that you will be providing is innovative in its field and has recently won a number of industry awards. The training that you receive will enable you to offer this first class service to every customer that you speak to.
To become part of this exciting team you must have experience of working in a customer orientated environment with a passion to deliver a first class level of customer service.
