Our clients In House Maintenance Service is looking to expand their existing planned works team who are responsible for delivering a programme of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across the South West. The planned team forms part of a wider well established operation covering Responsive Repairs, Void Work and M&E, all run from the base in Taunton and employing around 30 trade staff.
They're looking for two technicians with experience of undertaking kitchen refurbishments and one bathroom fitter capable of delivering the whole bathroom package. You'll be joining a close knit team with a real sense of team spirit. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and are committed to the welfare and safety of their residents.
Applicants are expected to have a relevant trade related qualification with substantial experience working in a similar environment, although transferrable experience will be considered. Further details on the job specific requirements can be found in the job information pack.
Substantial experience working as a fully qualified tradesperson
Core trade qualification eg. Plumbing NVQ
Asbestos awareness training
Full clean Driving Licence
Ability to use PDA/Laptop as required
