Our client is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for their specialist accommodation based assessment service aimed at rapidly assessing the needs of homeless and vulnerable people (with mainly medium to high support needs) and moving them swiftly into the most appropriate accommodation.

In this role you will assist the Service Manager in creating a welcoming, fast working service that effectively manages daily moves in and out of the project. Providing all-round support to the Service Manager, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project. It's a key role that will see you drive the delivery of a high-quality service, keep records up to date, manage the rota; and train and supervise staff. Strong communication and motivational skills are important, along with proven experience in a relevant setting.

In return, they offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and flexible working to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development

If you believe that you have what they are looking for, and have an interest in working for a charity which makes a real difference to the lives of people who are homeless, they would love to hear from you.

Closing date 10am, Monday 14th August 2017.

Interview and Assessment date: w/c 4th September 2017
