HR Advisor

HR Advisor with skills in Employee Relations, HR Policy and Procedure and UK Employment Legislation required by Local Government organisation, based in London. The HR Advisor will report into the HR Director and be responsible for providing high level reliable advice on any HR issues including Employee Engagement, and advising on Employment Law issues, etc.

Skills & Experience:

• CIPD Qualified (Level 5 and above)
• Experience working on TUPE transfers.
• Expertise in Employee Relations issues with the ability to lead on complex casework, emanate reliable and informed advise upon employment legislation that allow compliant policy and procedure
• Experienced working within the public sector.

The successful HR Advisor will be CIPD qualified, have a wealth of experience around complex ER casework and have lead on change management initiatives such as TUPE, redundancies and restructuring projects.
