Seasonal CDP's required at "one of the Best Gastro Pubs in the Uk" - Opportunity to go permanent Can you hear that? The rolling waves crashing against the rocks, the sea gulls wheeling above, the bustle of slate carts and the smell of fresh pilchards straight off the boats? These were typical scenes in this 14 th century Cornish trading port based in the Port Isaac Bay over 120years ago. Now it is host to one of the UK's award winning best gastro pubs. Our client labelled as one of the best Gastro pubs in the UK is looking for a couple of talented and enthusiastic Chef De Parties to join them over the busy summer months within their 2 AA Rosette awarded establishment based on the North East coast of Cornwall. The cooking at this establishment has been described as an expression of the season with the rich abundance of fantastic ingredients found in the local area each day is a surprise for the kitchen. With a strong focus on showcasing the best of Cornwall's produce, the Head chef looks to elevate the classical dishes into something memorable. As a CDP you will: * Have experience of working in a Fine dining establishment at a similar level * Experience of working with fresh produce and cooking to order * Experience of high volume cooking to a high standard * Have passion and drive to create fantastic dishes and push yourself to the next level * Be up to date with all health and hygiene requirements In return you will receive a competitive salary of £8ph - £9ph plus tips.
