We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, flexible and suitably experienced person to join our premises team. This is an important and varied role where you will contribute to the provision of high quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the whole college site and grounds for students and staff and users of our day nursery and leisure complex.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good practical and organisational skills, a positive work ethic and a commitment to health and safety matters. You will have good general knowledge of maintenance procedures and relevant skills, along with an understanding of relevant health and safety legislation. You will also need to be literate and numerate, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.

You will be working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, covering a 3 week shift pattern to meet the operational needs of the college. There will also be the need for occasional work on Saturdays:-
Shift 1 - 06:00 to 14:00 (Mon-Thu) and 06:00 to 13:30 (Fri)
Shift 2 - 10:00 to 18:00 (Mon-Thu) and 10:30 to 18:00 (Fri)
Shift 3 - 14:00 to 22:00 (Mon-Thu) and 10:30 to 18:00 (Fri)
