The Catering Department at Sidney Sussex College is responsible for providing a comprehensive catering service to fellows, alumni, students and staff and to conference and bed and breakfast guests. Service includes formal dining arrangements and cafeteria provision, as well as high end functions, feasts, weddings and occasional outside catering.
JUNIOR CHEF (COMMIS CHEF LEVEL)
£19,760 - £22,193 pa; 40 hours per week on 2 week rotating shift pattern
An excellent opportunity to join an experienced team, helping with the preparation and production of various dishes and assisting with menu planning. The successful candidate will possess a recognised food and hygiene qualification, be able to demonstrate good team working skills and be able to deliver an excellent service to the Fellows, students and staff of the College.
