Outbound Sales Advisor
Job Description A well-known household brand based in Loughborough is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor to join one of its already highly successful sales teams. The role is based within a modern contact centre for a leading household brand who deal with electric products. The company are expanding so require a number of candidates to drive both themselves and the business forward. With the current expansion and continued expansion moving forward there is always the possibility of promotion and career progression.
As the Outbound Sales Advisor, your duties will include:
• Liaising with Team Manager to discuss activity levels.
• Outbound calls to discuss contracts and renewals.
• Updating of the in-house CRM systems.
• Organisation of own diary to book in calls.
• Meeting and exceeding achievable targets.
To be a successful Outbound Sales Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:
• IT proficient.
• Experience within a contact centre based role.
• Be highly driven and ambitious.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A team player able to work within a corporate structure.
• Ability to learn new skills and drive to improve personal development.
You will be working Monday - Friday (with 1 in 3 Saturdays - day off in the week if a Saturday is worked).
In return, the Outbound Sales Advisor will receive a salary of GBP17,500 per annum, OTE GBP30,000.
