For Teaching you will need the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status/NQT
  • Excellent classroom management
  • Creative lesson planning
  • Engaging and dedicated teacher
  • Dedicated in achieving and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
  • You should already possess a DBS that is registered on the online update service or be willing to obtain one

For Teaching Assistant's, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications to be considered for the role:

  • Have a level 2 or 3 CACHE certificate
  • You would be responsible for the supporting the teacher and helping the pupils (groups and 1:1 basis)
  • Ensure that the objectives set by the teacher are met.
  • Support pupils throughout the lesson, answering questions and overcoming difficulties they encounter.

For Cover Supervisor's, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications to be considered for the role:

  • Be degree qualified and have strong leadership skills.
  • Responsibilities:
  • You would be responsible for the class in the teacher's absence.
  • Ensure that the lesson objectives set by the teacher are met.
  • Supervise pupils throughout the lesson and manage behaviour
  • Support pupils throughout the lesson, answering questions and overcoming difficulties they encounter
  • Leave accurate feedback for the teacher about the lessons you have covered for when they return.
  • You will be covering a variety of subjects throughout the day.
