Our client is a network of unique and diverse academies. They work with primary and secondary academies across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humberside and the East of England and their schools range from smaller rural primaries with around 50 children, to much larger secondary schools in the centre of more urban areas. They are also delighted to have a grammar school and special school in their network.

About the Academy

Welton C.E Academy is a thriving and popular Church Primary School in a small village just outside of Daventry, Northamptonshire. Being part of the Trust gives the school access to a support network and children benefit from a multitude of enrichment activities.

The academy is extremely proud to have been graded as 'Outstanding' in both the last OFSTED and SIAMS inspections, but governors are realistic and understand that the goalposts have changed over the last few years. Their staff also understand that there is work to do to maintain that standard again, and that's where you come in.

About You

If you are dynamic, inspirational, ambitious and want to make a real difference to the lives of young people, then they would love to hear from you. All that they ask is that you are a successful senior leader with strong interpersonal skills to allow you to build a genuine rapport with children. Committed to maintaining an 'Outstanding' status, you will be an excellent primary practitioner who is able to model teaching across all five classes in the school. They also require you to be committed to working in partnership with parents, governors, the church and the local community to develop the distinctiveness of this church school.

In return for your hard work and dedication, they can offer you a salary of circa GBP50,000 per annum, access to Teachers Pension Scheme, Health Care, Cycle Scheme, Eye Care and much more.

Welton C.E Academy is committed to equality, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants.
