CLAIMS PROCESSOR/ ADMINISTRATOR

GBP17,000, + BENEFITS, MON - FRI

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing company, expanding due to their continued growth plan. They are now looking for 3 Claims Processor/Administrators as they are looking to create a new team.

This is truly a great opportunity with a company that offers an amazing service. This position would offer an excellent opportunity to interact with people and resolve issues as well as scope for advancement within a successful company.

Main responsibilities:

* Deliver the highest levels of organisation and communication by telephone, e-mail and post.
* Review various correspondence i.e. Letters of Authority checking they have been signed before sending DSAR forms out and update systems with relevant information, as well as generate the appropriate letters in response to help the claims process.
* Review correspondence and update systems with the new information, along with considering case notes to continue the claims process.
* Taking inbound customer calls.
* Full training of our processes to be given.
* Adherence to deadlines/meeting targets.
* Quality is paramount when dealing with Claims.
* Ability to manage and organise own workload.
* Keeping an accurate statistics log.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Experience of working in a claims environment.
* Previous experience in a similar industry i.e. Legal, Financial sector would be advantageous.
* Excellent time management.
* Adaptability, mental agility and flexibility are a must.
* Unrivalled communication skills.
* Excellent Microsoft office skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload
