Job Description

William O'Neil + Co. is seeking a Client Service Consultant to support a growing institutional sales force in our London office. The candidate will also assist and train prominent institutional clients in the use of our research platform - PANARAY??. PANARAY provides portfolio managers, analysts and traders new investment ideas and monitors the markets to sharpen their global investing edge. We strive to provide high-touch service to become an extension of our client's research and trading process.

Candidate will undertake a training program designed to develop product and client knowledge - travel to headquarters in Los Angeles required. Upon completion of training program, Consultant will be eligible for incentive compensation program.

Opportunity to learn about equity markets and travel U.K. and Europe visiting prominent institutional clients.

Responsibilities:

?? Educate clients and sales prospects on PANARAY.

?? Develop understanding of client and sales prospect investment methodology, including mastery of O'Neil methodology.

?? Combine data analysis and client feedback to provide client and sales prospects optimized workflow suggestions.

?? Communicate platform-related issues and enhancements to clients and internal teams.

?? Serve as the technology expert by assisting with any platform issues and coordinating solutions with internal resources.

?? Collaborate with sales team to identify retention risks and up-sell opportunities on existing relationships.

?? Assist sales team with onboarding prospective clients.

?? Travel U.K. and Europe for client and prospect meetings.

Qualifications:

?? Two-three years client facing experience.

?? Client management and relationship building skills.

?? Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data.

?? Ability to investigate, analyze, and solve problems, including IT issues.

?? Interest in financial markets and how to trade stocks.

?? German and French fluency preferred, but not required
