Technical Compliance Officer

Client is a tier 1 life insurance provider with a global reputation searching for a Regulatory Technical Consultant.
This role sits in a newly development team who will provide project support to the business on all regulatory drivers affecting the business. This will give you excellent exposure across multiple business lines.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Key developments and improvements to the business and important regulatory projects vital to the UK insurance business.
* Providing projects responding to issues put forward by stakeholders.
* Supporting the process of assessing customer and regulatory impacts to provide fair customer results whilst also supporting the application of framework for technical assessment and decision making.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of appropriate FCA regulations, understanding customer outcome and expectations of the FCA.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have current working understanding of FCA regulations and the regulatory agenda, as well as qualifications in Financial services which demonstrate understanding of pensions, investments and regulation.
