Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT Sector
To GBP35k ote GBP70k + guarantee
COMPANY
One of the UK's leading IT specialists is looking to bring in a couple of additional hires for contract and perm recruitment teams. This award winning organisation has a huge client base and too much work to deliver against, so this represents an excellent opportunity for seasoned recruiters to benefit. ROLE
The company has a number of large key accounts with multiple contract and permanent requirements coming out continuously. My client would like to pass on a number of these key companies to well rounded perm and contract recruiters who have a solid record of success in IT recruitment looking for more opportunity with major accounts rather than spot business. You will be expected to spend time client facing so regular visits are encouraged and you should be confident in your ability to build relationships are a senior level.
PERSON
It is likely you have at least 2 to 3 years of success in your chosen recruitment field, and have an aptitude for winning business and building relationships. It is likely the successful person will come from an IT recruitment background although other white collar sectors will be considered too. You can be either a contract or perm specialist as there is room for a hire on both sides of the business and all areas of IT will be covered so no specialism is required. You may be someone who has enjoyed success to date but want to move more towards key clients rather than chasing spot business. If so you can have immediate access to a large client base, multiple requirements and the support of a resource team to source candidates.
PACKAGE
Offers will be in line with experience but package is likely to be in the late GBP20's to early GBP30's plus car allowance. Commission is excellent with bonus opportunity on top too. Salary is reviewed regularly and career path through to team lead and management also come with pay rises.
