The appointed Private Client Solicitor will need to have a good working knowledge of Private Client law - whether it be administration of trusts, equity release, inheritance disputes, tax planning, wills, power of attorney or probate matters. The motivated Private Client Solicitor should have a thorough knowledge of will drafting, both simple wills and bespoke wills for clients with complex affairs and show the ability to meet and exceed client and referrer expectations.
