Due to expansion, Somerset's leading recruitment agency is inviting a senior recruitment consultant to step in and lead the way at an exciting stage of our growth.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a starting basic salary of circa GBP20,000 per annum, with uncapped commission (an expected OTE of GBP30,000 per annum). In addition you'll get 28 days holiday pay and life insurance cover.
You will be working on a well-established, lively desk that we are looking to not only maintain, but also grow considerably. This is a senior role in the business, supervising a hard working team and leading by example as a recruitment consultant. Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader; a background in recruitment and/or sales is required, preferably at a senior level with proven results.
Working hours are 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday and we aim for an early finish at 16:30 on Fridays!
