A key position within our Executive Leadership programmes team, this role is an exciting opportunity to lead on the delivery of one of our flagship system leader Executive Educators training programmes.
Our Executive Educators: Chief Executives programme is designed to equip aspiring and serving CEOs of multi-academy trusts with the knowledge and skills to implement and sustain change across a multi-academy trust (MAT) or other federation. The training covers key areas including finance, governance, HR, risk and change management and strategy that will allow participants to develop transformational schools to the benefit of their many pupils.
This role sits within the core programme team and is highly varied in nature, involving contribution to training content design, cross-sector research, event planning and management, financial administration, communications, programme management processes and evaluation. It involves interaction with some of the highest-level stakeholders that we work with at Ambition, including partner organisations, facilitators and programme participants. The right applicant will therefore need to be an excellent communicator and highly skilled in relationship management, as well as flexible in their working style in order to respond to competing workload priorities. They should enjoy working collaboratively as part of a small and dynamic team and be willing to travel regularly in order to lead on the delivery of training events around the country.
This is a fixed term role for 1 year
