The Role / Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and ambitious individual, to work as part of the Global Enterprise Risk Solutions Partner Management function to help develop, market and manage the Channel business. Main responsibilities for this position are t o continuously develop the Channel program, called Partner Alliance, and ensure its day-to-day execution from a program management, training, marketing, and operational perspective, working in a team with the regional partner managers and the lines of business. Responsibilities include the following : Business Management: Support the development of strategy, defining vision, plans and objectives for taking products to market with partners With limited oversight, drive the marketing and communication of the partner program to partners Ensure processes and operations run smoothly Lead on business analytics, presenting to senior management Product Management- Partner Alliance program management and Partner Alliance certification program: Ensure successful delivery on the benefits and that the mechanisms are in place for partners to meet their commitments Look for ways to continuously bring enhancements Promote the product internally and externally Partnership management: Support the development of country plans with partners, support the development of business plans that include pricing for markets, packages that would be brought to market Support product partnerships/ consortium plans from a marketing and communication standpoint. Enterprise Risk Solutions Partner Management #LI-SH1 Business School Degree (or equivalent) Experience of project management, managing business operations and marketing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, take initiative and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong analytic orientation, problem solving skills and process engineering. Experience working in Channel management, marketing or project management is required Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills. The candidate will edit training content. Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential. Competency in at least one other European language is strongly preferred.
