Customer Service Support Advisor is required for our client an award winning employer based in Swindon. Exceptional service sits at the heart of their business. They require someone to join their Customer Service team resolving queries by telephone and email supporting their customers in their day-to-day management of their Vodafone account whilst working with their sales teams, technical teams and suppliers to deliver an outstanding level of service.
You will work within their busy customer service team which plays a pivotal role in the continued success and is integral to the aggressive growth plans of the business, through the delivery of exceptional customer service. The Customer team is for people who shine; live and breathe their company values; and can influence the service they offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to companies customers across their full product portfolio
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and external stakeholders
- Provide first line technical support to customers
- Provide integral administration and customer support to the sales teams
- To provide sales function and customers with the necessary information in an accurate, specific and appropriate manner to minimise delay
- Liaise with companies external suppliers to ensure that internal and external service levels are adhered
- Work closely with peers, other departments and suppliers to ensure compliance and high levels of service are delivered
- Attention to detail and record all your activity within our CRM system (SalesForce)
- To provide and maintain an inclusive knowledge of tariffs, bolt-ons and payplans. Providing advice when required to both customers and account managers
Essential Skills:

- Good time keeping
- Previous Customer Service experience would be beneficial

Salary: £16,500 - £20,000 per annum
