Conveyancer / Paralegal within Conveyancing Experience - Immediate Sta

We are representing a leading regional law firm who have been acknowledged by the industry for its growth and business excellence. They have an impressive growth track record and haven't finished yet! They are looking to recruit conveyancers with a minimum 6 months experience or a Paralegal with conveyancing experience.

This role will involve day-to-day responsibility for efficient, accurate and cost effective progression of transactions. These transactions will primarily be house, apartment and shared ownership leasehold sales progressed on behalf of the firm's house builder and social housing clients.

The ideal candidate will

Have at least 6 months experience in the property industry, ideally in plot sales and dealing with shared ownership matters.

Excellent, clear, concise and effective written and verbal communication skills together with great attention to detail, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent IT skills with an in depth understanding of the Microsoft suite.

Able to work efficiently, accurately and with tight deadlines.
