My client is one of the fastest growing gym chains in the UK and are now looking to add to their head office team by bringing on an additional Area Manager to help support their GMs and deliver overall growth in their region. This role involves extensive travel across the South of England.
As an Area Manager you will have overall responsibility of your clubs (6-8) and this includes people management, sales and operations and you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role will involve you help train and develop your team and you will also be responsible for all recruitment and performance management.
The company has got some great expansion plans and my client is extremely keen to progress Area Managers to senior roles within the organisation. I am extremely keen to speak to candidates who are currently holding senior management roles within the fitness industry. You can either be a Regional Manager, Area Manager, General Manager, Club Manager, or Sales Manager.
