Our Clients, A successful Lettings and Maintenance estate agency, are looking for a Lettings Manager to run their Bristol branch.

The client has a loyal customer base and looking for someone who can manage and develop the lettings team but also manage landlord and customer expectations at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

• Identify gaps in the market and market effectively
• Build a lettings team
• Generate new business through Property Valuations
• Motivate and inspire a team to achieve their targets

Requirements:

• Previous Lettings Management Experience
• Proactive and creative approach to business generation
• Positive attitude
• Full Clean UK Driving License

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Salary/Package: GBP23,000 basic salary - GBP35,000 - uncapped OTE
