You will be joining my client at a fantastically exciting time. They are looking for experienced Telemarketing professionals to help establish a new telemarketing division to support their Software Risk Management Services.

As an experienced Telemarketer, you will already be well versed at new business development and the qualifying of leads, and this opportunity presents you with the chance to use your experience to develop and grow the newly-formed department. The successful telemarketers will support their software risk services throughout Europe, and therefore a second language (ideally German) is beneficial.

Experience and Skillset required:

• A successful track record in a business-to-business telesales environment dealing with senior level prospects;
• Knowledge and experience of Salesforce and/or similar CRM systems;
• Experience working in a sales environment where understanding of strategic sales processes and the steps necessary to drive sales results is required.
• The ability to develop a good rapport, via the phone, with external clients and prospects;
• The ability to influence, persuade and direct individuals to good effect;
• The skills necessary to get past the 'gatekeeper’;
• The ability to 'close’ appointments;
• A second language, particularly German, would be a significant benefit;
• Computer proficiency, ideally across Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and Email, with the ability to conduct internet research;
