An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom working as a Guest & Communications Co-ordinator.

Your working hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm / to meet the demands of the position.

Pay: £17.000 - £18,000 per annum dependent on experience

Monthly Pay 15th of the month

Based at our National Support Centre in Newton-Le-Willows

Job Purpose / Primary Objective

To assist with Guests visiting Kingdom House, whilst co-ordinating telephone and email communication within the Operations Suite

Your duties will include (Examples shown are not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties):

Priority Responsibilities

  • The review & allocation of all email for the Operations Suite (Shift Coordinators / Monitoring) then drive Compliance / Response to stakeholders Asset register (issue, maintenance & return)
  • Co-ordinator all telephone calls to the Shift Co-ordinator/s.
  • Report publication
  • Assist with guest introductions to Kingdom House and hospitality
  • The monitoring & compliance of our staff & guest entry system
  • Day to day support with Data Input (EPD Data)

Personal Responsibilities

  • Weekly check of BCP, phones, laptop
  • Weekly Fire alarm test – Tuesday 10.00 am
  • Weekly Fire Equipment checks

  • Conversant in the English language and capable of communicating effectively through verbal and written means
  • Professional and disciplined
  • Strong administrator
  • Strong IT skills
  • Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility
