McGill's Buses Limited - Marketing Manager McGill's is Scotland's largest independently-owned bus company, with more than half a million journeys on a McGill's bus every week. We are looking to appoint a creative and commercially-astute Marketing Manager to join us on the next exciting stage of our journey. This position is based at McGill's Head Office in Greenock and is a full time, permanent post, with an excellent salary on offer. It is essential that you hold a Marketing degree. As McGill's Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in devising and delivering a wide-range of creative marketing and communication campaigns that allow us to engage with the people and communities that we are pleased to serve and support. You will also have responsibility for internal communications. You'll lead a small team of marketing and creative professionals, and liaise with commercial and operational colleagues across the business, to ensure the timely delivery of planned campaigns that support commercial targets. You'll need a broad range of marketing and communication skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns at any given time, whilst ensuring a high-quality output, often to demanding timescales.
