This company, based in Lydney, are a specialist manufacturer of products that are supplied into many different industries and customers. Having been recently taken over by a large multinational company, this is an exciting time to join the business as it looks to expand.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of machinery across this site as well as involvement in a lot of project work and carrying out PPM. The work will primarily be mechanically biased but with some electrical work and is working on a 3 shift pattern of 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6.

THE ROLE:
*Mechanical maintenance across the site
*Primarily working on hydraulics/pneumatics
*Some welding, turning and milling work
*Work a 3 shift pattern
*Lots of opportunities for overtime
THE PERSON:
*Ideally holding a relevant apprenticeship
*Good understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
*Must come from a manufacturing background, possibly medium or heavy
*Knowledge of welding, turning or milling is helpful
