As an innovative provider of bodyshop solutions, our client is the nation’s leading distributor to the refinish industry. They are now looking for a Branch Supervisor to join their dedicated team.

As the Branch Supervisor, you’ll ensure the smooth running or our client’s branch in Newcastle. 

Ensuring that customers receive a world-class service, you will: 

- Motivate and coach employees to help them fulfil their potential 
- Maximise productivity by delegating tasks and providing support to colleagues 
- Help to recruit and train new employees 
- Supervise all branch delivery vehicles and ensure they are maintained in-line with company policies 
- Make sure that KPIs are met and communicate these to your team 
- Provide support to field-based employees to ensure that targets are met 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience of managing people and/or a qualification in people management 
- Logistics and/or distribution experience 
- Previous operational experience 
- A full driving licence 

Organised and adaptable, as the Branch Supervisor, you will have a professional and friendly approach. You’ll also have strong communication skills, great prioritisation abilities and a flexible approach.
