This leading specialist in the design and manufacture of Mechanical Seals and Support Systems is looking to recruit a Condition Based Maintenance Engineer.

The successful candidate will be an effective part of AVT service delivery team,by providing a competent standard of rotating & static equipment through various condition monitoring techniques.

You will:
- lead junior members of staff through technical guidance
- carry out specific site management duties as defined by the team leader
- deliver client facing services to various industry sectors
- work on client sites in the midlands & North-East
- visit other sites for ad-hoc or covering work
- collect & analyse CM data & formulate accurate reports, clearly identifying any potential failure modes & risk of client business impact
- report,analyse & troubleshoot CM results to ensure potential threats are identified & liaise with senior engineers
- assist in creation of CM Databases
- be aware of the Asset Management Directors business plan,promote services when interacting with clients or see opportunity to cross sell
- deliver specific asset management services to improve client's equipment availability & reliability
- ensure services are competently delivered on time,in accordance with AVT/AES technical,operational & HSEQ standards
- ensure effective communication & reporting to line management with regard to operational objectives, achievements & opportunities or risk
- advise Management of potential new business opportunities
- compile,manage & follow Method Statements,COSHH Assessments,Risk Assessments & SOPs & report any HSEQ issues
- demonstrate to the client that a high level of service is being delivered in a professional manner at all times
- be responsible for own work,organising the delivery of all specified site services & assisting the site/team leader to optimise performance in compliance with all business systems,processes and standards
- ensure equipment & facilities are maintained in a serviceable condition & within the calibration QAP control procedure
- provide exceptional customer service

Essential Skills,Knowledge & Experience
- HNC in Maintenance/Engineering
- Vibration Analysis Level 2
- Thermal 1
- ICML 1-Alignment
- Balancing
- Basic Pump Performance assessments
- Lubrication Assessment
- Pipework Vibration
- Basic Rotor Dynamics
- Ultrasound level 1
- 5 years' experience of CM, aligned with a preferred proven service delivery

Desirable Skills,Knowledge & Experience
- HND or above
- HSEQ experience
- Compex-Mech/Elec
- Electrical CM such as motor testing/PD
