Head Chef - The Hare & Hounds, Tetbury

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our team in our 2-Rosette Restaurant.
The finest ingredients, many produced locally, are used to create cuisine that is contemporary English with strong traditional influences.
The ideal candidate will have several years' experience running a fine dining kitchen.
Knowledge of contemporary English cuisine is vital as well as an understanding of ingredients and menu design.
You need to be passionate about food, motivated, organised and a good leader. This is a very demanding role in a high volume operation, managing a busy Restaurant, Bar, Wedding & Conference operation.
The working hours vary depending on the business demands.
