Warrington Young Carers Support Worker
Hours: 20 hours per week (consider combining with Transition worker role for right candidate)
Salary: £10,285.60
The role will require good understanding of young carers support needs, experience of providing young peoples’ advocacy as well as working with a wide range of partners and the ability to respond effectively to the emotional needs of young people within a professional framework. A solid understanding of young peoples focussed assessment tools, TAF and CAF would be an advantage and a sensitive approach to working with young carers and their families.
All roles include some evening and infrequent weekend events therefore flexibility and a positive attitude is an important element of all roles
