About the role

We have a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker at our accommodation service in Louth, Lincolnshire. We have a number of flexible permanent part time roles available, with opportunities to work between 18 and 36 hours per week.

As a Support Worker, you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible.

About you

Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people's lives.

If you do have experience that's great! We also have 'Experienced Support Worker' opportunities in this location where we are looking people who have substantial recent experience of being a Support Worker or similar. The Experienced Support Worker role has an hourly rate of GBP8.25 per hour.

Flexibility is needed as working times do vary; we will however provide you with a rota in advance so you can plan your life accordingly.
