Our client has an exciting opportunity for a full-time administrator for a successful design and distribution company based in South Leicestershire.
Duties: during a typical day you would be required to…
* Process customer orders - confirming all information is correct,
* Pass on order worksheets to the production team on time,
* Monitor work-in-progress and address any issues raised,
* Ensure daily deliveries are dispatched correctly and on time,
* Make sure sales invoices are raised at the same time as delivery notes,
* Answering the phone, dealing with customer queries / order changes,
* General related administration duties.
Requirements: you must…
* Be customer focused! Able to deal with a large client database,
* Be able to absorb, memorise & organise information to a high degree of accuracy,
* Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills - both verbal and written and possess an excellent phone manner,
* Be multi-task orientated, and be good at problem-solving,
* Be adaptable to change, with the ability to work to specific targets and deadlines,
* Have the ability to work solely and as part of a team.
Package:
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am to 5:00pm & Fri 8:00am to 1:00pm (1 hour for lunch)
