Based in Burton upon Trent, Trent & Dove Housing manages over 5, 800 properties. INVESTMENT MANAGER

Salary - Competitive

As a key member of the senior Asset Management team, you will have a strategic and organised approach to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of re-investment into the housing stock portfolio. You will assist in developing the short, medium and long term investment plans with the ability to prepare and present reports to support this.

Duties will also include monitoring all investment activities for all Project manager programmes, ensuring that decisions are based on accurate data and value for money.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Asset Management Modelling tools along with proven ability in tendering contracts within legislative requirements.  Being a good negotiator and having excellent communication skills are essential for the role as well as having the drive and determination to succeed.
