An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented and driven digital marketing professional to own the digital marketing efforts for an innovative and exciting part of the Experian B2B business - Experian Marketing Services.

Experian Marketing Services helps brands deliver better customer experiences by providing relevant insight, expertise and technology to help them communicate effectively and with relevance.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to take on the role of Digital Marketing Manager to own the website, digital channels and social media accounts. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be able to draw on the support of junior members of the team to help run day-to-day activity but will be expected to get their hands dirty on occasion.
Ultimately they will be held responsible for creating the digital strategies that help the team and wider business hit digital targets. The global Experian website is being redeveloped and relaunched and there is a great opportunity for the Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in sculpting the digital real estate of a global brand.
This is an exciting time for the business in a period of rapid growth and there will be the potential for an expansion of the role as we push our exciting digital offerings into EMEA and new markets.
What is a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for?
You can expect to be responsible for the following:
Planning
Develop the vision and strategy for digital marketing for the Marketing Services business lineScope and develop the strategic marketing plan for digital marketing activityOversee implementation of the plan directly and/or indirectly through campaign programmes and deliver value adding lead generating/brand building activityBe prepared to play a key role in the planning of a digital strategy for EMEA countries
Content strategy and channel management
Use innovative technologies to present online content to customers and prospectsBe responsible for SEM/PPC online campaigns to help drive awareness, trial, purchase, penetration and retention of products and services
Lead scoring
Take the lead on the development of Experian's lead scoring processes in including content delivery and marketing automationBe responsible for the management and optimisation of the lead scoring modelWorking with the marketing team to develop multi-channel/integrated nurture campaigns for key areas of business priority
Reporting and analysis
Compile monthly / quarterly reports and present against planned results of quarterly activityAnalyse performance of all activities and implement the necessary changes to plans so that the business and marketing objectives are achievedProvide analysis and recommendations for review (post campaign/monthly/annual) to enable more efficient spend of marketing budgetWorking to agreed budgets with approved suppliers
Teamwork and leadership
Play a senior role in the wider Experian marketing communityDevelop a good relationship with other Experian business unitsProvide guidance and support to junior members of the team who are not in your direct reporting line and stand in for the head of marketing when requiredWhat are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, flexible and great at managing stakeholders. Advanced digital skills are a must as well a passion for best practice white hat digital marketing. Specifically, we are looking for the following:

Search Engine Optimisation - on-page and off-pagePPC and other paid advertising campaignsSocial media - paid and organicMarketing automation, specifically EloquaExperience with building and managing lead scoring models for B2BWeb analytics - Analysis and evaluation (preferably Google Analytics and Universal),Experience owning and using a CMS is essential (preferably Teamsite and/or Wordpress).Data strategy and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)Knowledge of budgeting and reporting
