GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 Salary + OTE
We're really excited to announce that due to a major investment, Candid Recruitment is opening a brand new office in a newly built, state-of-the-art office complex in Warrington Town Centre.
Our state-of-the-art new office complex is less than 2 minutes' walk from both Central Train Station and the Bus interchange making it the perfect commuting location for Liverpool, Manchester and all WA and surrounding postcodes.
We offer Permanent Recruitment Services across some of the most exciting business sectors seeing huge growth including Media, Technology, Telecoms, Business Services, Digital Economy, Retail and Scientific.
As a result, they are on the lookout for a team of 8 resourcers.
We are building an innovative new platform which, when complete, will revolutionise the recruitment industry. This is a great time to be joining the exciting journey we are about to embark on.
As the Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for:
• Write and post advertisements of vacancies you manage
• Developing relationships with quality, experienced and desirable candidates who match your specific area of expertise and your vacancy list
• Work directly with your Business Development Manager to ensure you have a balanced workload.
• Phone, Skype and Face-to-Face interviewing as and when required
• Sourcing candidates using internal database, job adverts, job board searches and head hunting if and when required
• Become a subject matter expert in your chosen field
• Managing candidate interview and offer processes
