An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Global CRM team based in Nottingham for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will support the ongoing roll outs of Configure Price Quotes (CPQ) across the regions. Areas of focus will span various business units and functionality, mostly within Callidus, CPQ and Salesforce.com.
Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Automation, you will be joining an established team analysts, together you will provide ongoing support for enhancements post go-live, and serving as subject matter expert for CPQ capabilities. In addition, you will have your own projects to manage which may interlink with your peers so you having the ability to work collaboratively is essential for the success of the department.
Key responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Experian Pricing teams to understand business objectives and translate business needs into actionable system development projects that enhance the capabilities of the current infrastructure with flexible, innovation solutions.
• Partner with 3rd-party consultants and GCS to accomplish goals and provide ongoing communication to various business stakeholders on project status.
• Provide ongoing trouble-shooting of issues, partner with 3rd-party consultants and GCS resources to address issues, and raise data quality issues as necessary.
• Provide best practices and ongoing support to the business on how to leverage tools and systems.
• Make informed decisions about the best way to implement processes in CPQ, based on knowledge of Callidus Cloud functionality and best practices.
Role requirements:
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and general CRM concepts (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience with technical implementations of customer projects
• Proven business analysis experience
• Project management skills beneficial
• Experience of working with agile development methods
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
