Great opportunity for a Compliance or Quality Manager to join a respected and growing regional contractor in Hertfordshire
The Company
Our client work across a range of sectors including Education, high end dealerships as well as industrial works, retail, office blocks, student accommodation and residential. They predominantly undertake new build, design & Build schemes.
You will enjoy working for this progressive contractor who currently turnover GBP70m and have the right structure in place for continued expansion

Our client undertake schemes within an hour of their head office in Hertfordshire
The role Compliance Manager / Quality Manager
Manage and update company processes
Co-ordinate, assess and report on quality audits
Manage CSI quality and fire audits
Report on Quality KPIs
Undertake new Subcontractor PQQs
Manage APP and its updates
Manage capability on quality and process - training, mentoring, liaising with HR on training plan
Reviewing and updating quality and other associated policies
The right person
You will be an experienced Compliance Manager with construction experience
This role would suit candidates who are currently working as an office based Quality or Compliance Manager
You will be able to guide the company and bring fresh ideas on quality / compliance matters

Salary up to GBP60,000
