PSD 2 / Open Banking Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a number of Business Analysts to work on the PSD 2 and Open banking directive for a large well known building society. This role will be focusing on PSD2, Open banking and MiFID 2. The role will include but not be limited to: * Resource required to bridge current resourcing gaps following the delivery of the Risk & Compliance team Target Operating Model within the Product & Propositions Community. * Support the Director of Governance and Controls and the Senior Management team in the delivery, co-ordination and execution of key objectives, initiatives and society-wide projects to deadline, quality & scope. To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working within a Financial Institution compliance / regulatory management role as part of a 1st line risk function. * To obtain a clear understanding of the expectations of the regulatory and compliance landscape in terms of the issues they are concerned with relating to the introduction of specific products and use this understanding to influence the Communities strategy and objectives. * Contribute to new product development by identifying opportunities from a regulatory perspective and providing expert input to existing and developing projects. * Keeping up to date of the regulatory landscape and changes to regulations, in order to provide internal subject matter expertise. * Maintain the highest quality of regulatory operational standards and integrity. * Engagement with competent authorities, opinion leaders and relevant industry bodies, serving the interests of the business strategy and the members. * Assimilating data and disseminating relevant information in appropriate detail and complexity. * To represent the Community on internal committees / meetings and forums providing SME knowledge and expertise. The ideal candidate is likely to have: * Payment services directive (PSD 2) * Regulatory change experience including MiFID 2 / Open Banking / PSD 2 * Strong change experience * Target Operating Model experience * Consumer Banking / Cards / Building society experience Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
