We have a great new vacancy for a Business Development Manager to cover the Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Gloucester areas, working for a specialist lender within Bridging, Buy to Let and second charge lending. Our client is offering a base salary of up to GBP55,000, a GBP10,000 car allowance and a quarterly commission structure with a realistic OTE of GBP75,000 upwards.

Responsibilities for the role of Business Development Manager

- Produce a development plan to define how new business targets will be achieved
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Develop relationships at all levels with new and existing intermediaries
- Be the principle point of contact and build ongoing business relationships with each accredited intermediary
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business
- Work with Senior managers, telephone sales, operational teams and marketing to effectively and efficiently maximise profitable revenue generation
- Be proactive in proposition development
- Maintain and update designated sales management system with all contact details, activities and meeting notes

Experience required for the role of Business Development Manager

- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results in a fast paced, results focused entrepreneurial environment
- A comprehensive grasp of the bridging and residential development market
- Confident and resilient self-starter
- Experience of developing business within lending is essential

Salary: Up to GBP55,000 with a GBP10,000 car allowance benefits and an OTE of GBP75,000

Location: To cover Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Gloucester areas - M4
